Just wondering, how can I get information about the percentage of specific NZX share (for example ATM) hold by insiders?
and how can I get information about whether insiders are selling or buying?

Insiders being management and directors? That's published in the annual reports.

Insiders buy/sell trades are published to the NZX, go to the company page and select 'Announcements'.

Unless they're "substantial holders" - 5% or more of issued capital - I don't think you'll get that info. Nor will the company know. Provided employees, execs and directors observe the company rules on trading the shares, ie when not to trade, it's not a concern.

https://simplywall.st has individual insiders holdings correlated and graphed nicely, but as stated above by Baa_Baa if you wanted to find all employees that is not possible, nor should it be.
