I hope this lists - this would be a good one; nzx is like a barren tundra of listings so it’s great someone is listing that isn’t a cannabis company.

Jantar, according to the NZHerald article it's a compliance listing, with no funds being raised and no shares on offer through the float.

They will need to file a listing profile as part of the compliance listing process, but there will be no prospectus/product disclosure statement as such.
