Aha .. no full Company financials anywhere & even scantier financial info than RAD ? ;)

What's wrong with these Outfits - don't they want new investors ? ;)

Afraid I would consider throwing even 15c let alone $2.15 at something that hasn't
bothered to present anything in way of recent Summary Accounts ..

No they don't, they want someone for current shareholders to sell to. Another exit strategy, so called 'compliance listing'.

Public listed though - surely NZX should insist on something - even a banana skin with a few figures scrawled
roughly on it is better than nothing .. to keep the market informed or has that gone out the window ;)

A brief running the Ruler - No bricks & mortar onboard - just a 4-5 year lease

Minus Dollar Amount for paid in Share Capital - how the heck did that happen ? ;)

Did they pay everyone to take away their shares in the outfit ? ;)

How about the same deal for anyone new jumping onboard ? ;)

On the basis of what I see - not my cup of tea IMO

I'll bite, share buybacks. As shown in the consolidated statement of Changes in Equity. Had Share capital of ($1,290,399) at 1 April 2019. There was then a share buyback of $257,355 and $499 shares issued meaning that by 30 Sept 2019 share capital had declined to ($1,547,255).

Thanks - appreciated - it just seems odd adjusting $hareCapital in buyback situation to put it in deficit position
by whole amount of Buyback consideration

Obviously the Buyback value takes into account Reserves into the SP BB consideration - so why didn't they adjust the excess
over average paid in Share value to a deficit special reserve or reduce accumulated reserves/profits ? ;)

but hey with the mickey mouse Lease accounting standards applied these days, nothing would surprise .. ;)

So Opening day just off the blocks was a "No Fly" day @ the $2.15 starting mark pegged
up on the Surgery wall .. maybe a few stray shares of Negative measurement might fly tomorrow ;)

Perhaps if the bookkeeper actually recorded the excess value extracted out in TAH's past history as
Negative Additional Equity contributed in a separate line (ie Equity extracted instead) leaving a measure of
positive value paid for some of the shares issued then things might look a tad more respectable .. ;)

Let's wait & see how well the first MARCH 2021 SPEC Dividend is matched in the current 2022 year
with "normalised" distribution levels

Looking at 2021 Distributions made:

19 March 21 SPECIAL Dividend 10.256 cps + Imp Credits
18 Jun 21 FINAL Dividend 3.909 cps + Imp Credits

TAH chart looks OK

Acquired another practice

Norah Still a Director …that’s good

Worth looking at more closely?

Hard to say - 4 1/2 months and no guidance update - good or bad ?

Latest acquisition adds $100-120 k to bottom line

A fairly small outfit in the goldfish bowl, but then some small ones fly super well :)

I'm interested in what normalised div looks like (last year was a Large Special in Mar 2021)

Then we'll know if the fat lady is intune with the piano player or lagging behind a bit
and if the whole pot has been spent on acquisitions :)

It is a bit like an old fashioned hanging.
Should focus TADH's Michael Haskell's attention.

Possibly not as reassuring as intended, as it certainly had an effect on the share price, down to a low of $1.70 today.

Third Age Digital Health is not involved in the provision of any services by Third Age Health Services.

While it has a few common shareholders, and owes Third Age Health Services repayment of a loan, it is not related in any other way.

The similarity in the name of Third Age Digital Health is an unfortunate legacy.

The liquidation of Third Age Digital Health has no impact on the ongoing viability of Third Age Health Services.

Apart from seeking repayment of the loan owed to it Third Age Health Services has no interest in Third Age Digital Health.
