Not much IPO information on the net yet.

https://chancevoight.com/

But readers of the December 2nd edition of the 'Christchurch Star' were presented with a double page ad (pages 20-21) asking for 'registrations of interest' for the IPO and outlining the emergence of this company, to be headed by one of the NZXs most controversial characters - Bernard Whimp !

Running a hedge fund on the ASX is the game it seems.

Shocking to think that such an unethical character with an appalling track record has recreated himself and is lining himself for more shenanaggins.
True to form, his propensity to deceive is ingrained with the name he had chosen for the business Chance Voight which is a one letter spell change of the iconic aircraft company Chance Vought.
Hope the FMA are watching this closely

ps The photo's on the website are also embarrassment with the smug power images in front of corporate building

Whatever you think of his track record he seems quite proud of it. Here is a quote from the Amanda Bowes-Durand write up:

"A decade ago , Bernard wanted to test a theory. He made a quick fortune by making offers to buy shares directly from shareholders in companies listed on the NZ stock exchange."

"At Christmas time in 2010, he launched a series of audacious off-market offers which saw him pick up a profit of almost $4m in a matter of months, all kicked off with an initial $7,000 investment. Daring to do something different made lots of money."
