Final Tour of Turkey Race (stage 8) cancelled after a crash,due to weather conditions.Not official yet but it looks like Kiwi Patrick Bevan has won the race after winning stage 7 and taking a re 20 plus second lead.If so,congrats to Patrick.Is this a first for a kiwi rider overseas?
