Woohoo, the patience finally paid off!! Been picking up shares at the 65 cent mark for a while where I can. 5 cent dividend will do nicely thanks.

At the foot of Page 8 of Interim Statements , the Interim Loss per share for 6 months looks screwed up / wrong ?

Approx Double the Loss for 6 months 2022 over 2021, but:

HY 31.12.22 (34.66c) per share on (-458 K)

HY 31.12.21 (2.51c) per share on (-216 K)


No change in Share Capital amount at end of the 3 reported periods either.

The $70,000 balance due at 30 June 2021 was fully repaid by 31 August 2021 in accordance with the agreed repayment schedule. The debt was secured by a first ranking charge over all of the ordinary shares on issue in Rosa Foods Limited as well as personal guarantees from the ultimate owners of Rosa Foods Limited.
