Seems to be a shortage of icecream in the supermarkets. The freezers quite devoid of all brands and local only had the crappy brand hokey pokey. Not even just a Tip Top problem.

Getting serious ….got to have my daily dose of icecream.

And summers on the way

Probably due to supply chain problems and/or icecream makers

Hope it gets sorted soon

Bugger, not in Auckland

Like Much More stuff ……esp Rum and Raisin and Wildberry Ambrosia

Really serious …need more than 2 litres a week

No paper towels at all either. They filled the gap with loo paper. Strange times indeed.

It's not even hokey pokey anymore as I recall. It's actually toffee now, yuk.

Plenty of ice cream at my local Pak n Save.

They have ran out of most of the variety of Whittakers chocolate though.

Peter Pan Pink Elephants.
Made in Waipukurau.
When Ashton's circus was in town in Waipawa, the whole main street & state highway was closed for an elephant race.

That would never happen now.

The reward for the elephants at the finish line was a 10 gallon bucket sized ice cream on a stick each, which they held in their trunks and licked away.
The flavour was fruit salad, not pink elephant.
Obviously not cannibals or diabetics.

Not one orange cone in sight, only ice cream cones in those days!

When the offshore cues are positive then we talk about ice cream ....not 4000 + levels ....2800 talk need wait ...lol

Maybe our CPI data can bring local break of 4200 back on horizon ....:p
