If that the case it could be a massive boost for Tesla as there would be no need for that covenant ( would it ? ) !!

That would be incredible if he has done that in a year...! 'Roughly' says he is not quite there yet and obviously it has been achieved with a bit of pain...but what a feat nonetheless.
