6 Transgressions by Michael Wood which show he has either no integrity or is incompetent & arrogant at the same time - not fit for high office but he is still a minister.

Will Hipkins continue to suck on the dead fish (with kimchi & rancid blue vein cheese) or is he going to man up & do the right thing for NZ?

Transgression #1: Not declaring shares in the Parliamentary pecuniary register
Transgression #2: Not correcting the Parliamentary pecuniary register
Transgression #3: Continuing to hold Airport shares as a Minister
Transgression #4: Ignoring 12 reminders to sell the Airport shares
Transgression #5: Not recusing himself from Transport decisions relating to the Airport
Transgression #6: Not informing the Prime Minister

"Even when the Herald first uncovered the story last Thursday, and approached Michael Wood’s office about his ownership of the shares, Wood didn’t inform Hipkins personally about the problem. It is normal procedure that a party leader and prime minister should be immediately informed by their MPs of any integrity stories about to be published by the media. Instead, Hipkins says he wasn’t informed until Monday – although the blame also lies in part with Hipkins own staff who learnt about it on Friday."

More on Jan Tinetti (ex-school principal with no principles) next.

I agree, one would think after 12 reminders that something is wrong. If you ignore it that many times then he needs to pay the price. Time for him to be let go.

We all remember how bovver boy Mallard was allowed to hang on to the speakers role despite all sorts of shenanighans. Hipkins will let Wood hang in there, and who else is there? There are simply not credible and competent people within the Labour ranks who can fill ministerial roles, this is obvious.

Indeed - nothing short of sheer arrogance & disregard for Party, Leadership & members to have done what he has
then try to cover it with weak excuses .. Definitely needs to be gone

Ardern & Hipkins & this useless Labour government - getti ng caught in the web of deceit & lies that they have been spinning.

"Tinetti is a minister of the Crown and a woman who is in charge of an education system that is in crisis. An education system whose performance is embarrassing, whether it be in the basics of literacy and numeracy, or the basics of simply turning up on a regular basis.

It's not all Tinetti. Her predecessor, a guy by the name of Chris Hipkins, has a lot to answer.

But what Tinetti did was interfere with the ministry's release of attendance stats. They made her look bad, so she tried to delay them.

And having interfered with their release, she then claimed she didn't."

Live: PM speaks as Michael Wood's resignation serves unwanted distraction for Labour

Prime Minister Chris Hipkins is speaking from Lower Hutt on Thursday afternoon, after the resignation of Cabinet minister Michael Wood. This is being livestreamed at the top of this story.

It is just the latest “distraction” for a Labour Party desperately trying to keep focus on the issues that matter.

Hipkins has now lost three ministers since taking the reins in January. Meka Whaitiri’s quiet defection to Te Pāti Māori dominated the headlines in May, and the saga that had Stuart Nash sacked in March was finally put to rest last week with the release of a Cabinet Office report.

And Hipkins started the week answering questions about the latest Government appointee to cause a headache, Meng Foon, who seemingly resigned as race relations commissioner for a conflict of interest debacle of his own.

As everything falls apart ... it's everyone elses fault .. very convenient - Chippie ;)

Should Kiwi's accept this shameful chapter of a trainwreck excuses from Chippie the Clown ? ;)

How many other portfolios has our spinning champ had a hand in turning into Crisis hotspots ? ;)
