A reader's sympathy with burnt investors is mixed with a great deal of bewilderment
Although I do feel sorry for people who have lost their life savings via finance companies, Blue Chip apartments and/or dodgy financial advisers, I also feel all the notes of caution out there over the years about these kind of "investments" were ignored by these people. Why?
