Hi - Newbie here:)
Hi
Gisborne Gold posted this comment elsewhere "In my particular case I drew back from the IPO option altogether in the end."
Got me thinking and thought I'd ask a question:
What is the best way for this strange company create liquidity in shares?
Snapshot:
Patent investment company (3 years old)
>70 shareholders
Have the "mom and pop" constitution (must offer to all other shareholders for 1 month before selling on open market)
No liquidity at all
Profit 2008 nil
Proj Profit 2009 500K
Proj Profit 2012 >5M
Best guess market cap based on investment is 3 to 10M
We need to do something soon as there is now an appetite for liquidity - never has been before
Any informal ideas or discussion would be welcome
Thanks
