I noticed that the commonly use charting software like IC,
doesn't really support much of the nz securities. (though we don't that much anyway!)

So I'm looking for a software to can contain data of nzx,
of course free is always the best option

but I'm always willing to"invest" in those kind of stuff to help me doing the TAs

thanks in advance:D:D:D

Another option (although not free) is to go to http://findata.com/Products/DataAgent.aspx and download Real Edge. The software is free but you will need to pay the colossal sum of $20 per month for a subscription. This is much more up to date data than Yahoo, which in some cases can be a day or two behind.

The data for the ASX is end of day but I think you can get intraday data for the NZX, although I'm not too sure about that. It is a pretty good package for what you pay for it, $5 a week is not going to break the bank. :)

Also I often go to http://www.portfoliosharing.com/ to see what's going on during the day and also to see what others have in their portfolios
