Hi All,
I have 10k and am out of ideas for coys to buy into..am looking for thoughts on low cap explorers to help me split it rather than tossing all into KAS to bulk up what I already have.

Your pearls of wisdom are much appreciated. Cheers!

Hi Aotea, how's it going? :)
I thought you had you own possie to work on ;), guess this is a temporary spot you're looking for. So I won't bend your ear about GEL, although the shares are a lot cheaper on the TSX at the moment.

While it might not be so exciting, OGC should still be a good place to park some spare cash. What do you think (as you live down there)

Here's a few small caps (< $20m) you might want to look into, from my watchlists:

All these companies have some promise or else i wouldn't be tracking them.

KIS - Tin & Tungsten (MC $11m)
NMN - Phosphate (MC $17m)
WWI - Gold & Uranium (MC $11m)
GBE - Rare Earths (Niobium) (MC $17m)
ARD - Silver (MC $9m)
GMM - Potash/Lithium (MC $6m)
JAT - Biofuels from the Jatropha plant oil (MC $3m)
EDE - Alternative Energy (Hythane, CSG, Geothermal, Natural Gas) (MC $15m)

Highlighted ones have the most short term upside

I have had a wee knibble at Krucible. It has a market cap of 29m. A scoping study has indicated a NPV of 83m for their phosphate deposit. But the short term action will come when they drill for IOCG. Chip samples have showed some spectacular results, but that of course does not indicate a resource.
I suspect that we will have some action when the scheduled drilling commences in mid May.

The ones I go for are a little more advanced than micro-caps, eg ECU, BRU, NSE, NGE, GOT, STB for the reason that IMO they are less of a risk and have more of a defined pathway to share price appreciation.

Drilly, heres the first mention of NMN/AGR

Update on where those stocks above are at now...

KIS - now at 0.26 & a MCap of $16m
NMN - (now AGR) at $1.33 & a MCap of $80m
WWI - now at $0.053, & a MCap of $6.4m
GBE - now at $0.31 & a MCap of $31m
ARD - now at $0.24 & a MCap of $24m
GMM - now at $0.225, & a MCap of $9.2m
JAT - now at $0.059, & a MCap of $7.7m
EDE - now at $0.10, & a MCap of $21.3m

AGR (was NMN) certainly has been a stellar performer, & now has Potash to go with there Phosphate
