Texon Petroleum could be worth some research if you are in to producing oil and gas shares.

They are in Texas and are producing from Eagleford and Olmos at this stage (maybe other fields as well). They have high percentages in most of their wells and have recently drilled their first 2 Eagleford wells. The first is producing at about 600 BOEPD and their second one is waiting to be fracced (should happen in March).

There is a recent report on their website and values txn over $1 and with upside as wells are completed. There are also reports elsewhere about brokers having valuations over $1 with upside as wells are drilled and reserves are proved up. They are due for a reserves update soon according to their recent presentation.

Could be worth some research if you are into U.S. oil/gas plays with plenty of development ahead.

You are very astute. I had a half hour breakfast with David Mason and he told me all about the potential. It was RBS Morgan's best tip last year for small caps ( VPE/SXY was their second ). I haven't got any but if you want an acheiver this thing will go past $1.00

It looks like Texon are raising capital.

They are expanding a bit i would say.

This is moving well now even though there is a spp at 65cents.

They have wells being drilled in March and their 2nd Eagleford well will be fracced and hopefully put into production. They are already producing from their first Eagleford well and they have a number of other wells of different types completed and producing.

They now have a good acreage position of about 6000 acres in the Eagleford shale with high working interests. They seem to have excellent management and they are very focused and moving ahead.

Also the oil price is $100+ which bodes well for their bottom line.

Could be worth some research if you are into oil companies working in the Eagleford Shale area
