NARRABURRA RARE EARTHS & RARE METALS PROJECT -
Heavy REE/Zircon JORC defined

MILPARINKA PLATINUM-NICKEL PROJECT & MUNDAERNO SOUTH URANIUM IOCGU PROJECT (IO-copper-gold-uranium-REE) free carried 51%, drilling will be paid by someone else.

NARRABURRA RARE EARTHS & RARE METALS PROJECT

Target: Porphyry or bulk disseminated style rare metals, heavy rare earth elements (REE) and intrusive related gold-REE deposits in fractionated, peralkaline granite complex.
Commodities Sought: Zirconium, yttrium, niobium, REE, thorium, rubidium, gallium, lithium, tantalum ... for high-tech industrial market.

Project Status:
Following mapping, surface sampling and ground radiometric surveying, RC drill testing of a deeply weathered granitic intrusive with relatively high Zr, Hf, Nb, Th and REE in a 1500m by 500-800m zone of interest in 2006 led to the definition of an inferred oxide resource to 40 metres of 55 million tonnes at 1000 g/t ZrO2, 60 g/t Y2O3, 300 g/t REO, 40 g/t HfO2, 80g/t NbO2 and 50 g/t ThO2. Follow up aircore drilling in 2008 closed off the main zone of interest and produced encouraging results that have significantly added to the area encompassing the known and potential resources.

Positive results also flowed from petrological and mineralogical studies, bench scale tests and preliminary metallurgical tests that were aimed at producing a zirconium-enriched heavy mineral concentrate from friable bedrock material.

Bulk sampling has been completed and selected material was forwarded for metallurgical testing. Results have been positive and joint venture partners are actively being sought to take the Project forward.

MILPARINKA PLATINUM-NICKEL PROJECT (CMY 51% free carried)

Target: Layered magmatic and diatreme deposits in ultramafic intrusions;
porphyry and orogenic gold-copper
Commodities Sought: Platinum Group Elements (PGE), nickel, copper, gold
Metallogenic Province: Thomson Fold Belt; Bulloo Overflow Depression

MUNDAERNO SOUTH URANIUM IOCGU PROJECT (CMY 51% free carried)
Target: Calcrete and roll-front sandstone hosted sedimentary uranium deposits; iron oxide breccias and diatreme related copper-gold-uranium-REE deposits
Commodities Sought: Uranium, copper, gold, REE

NARRABURRA RARE EARTHS & RARE METALS PROJECT

Target: Porphyry or bulk disseminated style rare metals, heavy rare earth elements (REE) and intrusive related gold-REE deposits in fractionated, peralkaline granite complex.

Needs more drilling on the heavy REE stuff to define just how bulky is the tonnage. A quick announcement on drilling schedule to capture market attention would be nice.

Plus:
51% free carried in MILPARINKA (Platinum-gold-nickel) & MUNDAERNO (IOCGU IO-copper-gold-uranium-REE).

COWARRA PROJECT (100%):
initial JORC Inferred oxide gold resource of 500,000
tonnes at 2.3 g/t gold, containing 37,000 ounces of gold at Cowarra
Diamond drill assays peak at 42 grammes/tonne gold
 Shallow target of high potential confirmed
 Best intersection 8.1 metres @ 4.5 g/t gold from 30m (Ambassador Lode)
Historical intersection by Atlas drilled include:
6.5m @ 6.2g/t gold from 39m in CRC001 - Victoria Lode;
4.0m @ 5.6g/t gold from 41m in CRC003 - Victoria Lode;
5.0m @ 11.2g/t gold from 64m in CRC022 - Victoria Lode;
2.0m @ 14.4g/t gold from 8m in CRC007 - Princess Lode; and
4.0m @ 10.8g/t gold from 69m in CRC029 - Democrat Lode.

MAYFIELD COPPERGOLD PROJECT (51% up to 75%)
JORC Inferred resource1 at the Mayfield Prospect of
? 4.0 million tonnes at 0.4% copper, 0.6g/t gold, 8.4g/t silver
? containing 77,000 oz gold, 16,000 tonnes copper and 1.2 million oz silver
? 87% of resource is oxide material potentially amenable to low cost mining and treatment
? Separate zinc oxide resource at 2.7% zinc containing 19,000 tonnes zinc
? Skarn hosted mineralisation open along strike and at depth
? Magnetite resource potential identified
? Numerous underexplored gold and base metal targets defined by historic data.

China Metallurgical Group Corporation CMI buys into CMY to become major holder

Read this on WIKI

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China_Metallurgical_Group_Corporation

...is a state-owned enterprise in Beijing, China,

is one of the largest equipment manufacturers in China

!!!!! Yeah pretty cool huh....

A independent experts report states "the rational for CMI investment in capital mining is said to be:

1.forming an integral part of cmi restructuring of its assets.
2.facilitating the advancements of its current assets.
3.capital minings access to australian capital markets.

is CMY is a shell to park various resourse projects into ,such as its currently producing brazillian iron ore mine. this is basically a cheap backdoor listing for CMI and all its assets.

Hey,
I definately see the upside on this..I have a decent holding in CMY, bought in both personally and via a business at 7.5. Have only seen it drop in this time.
Hope to see the sp move as we both expect!!
