Went to AGM yesterday. Shareholders had to vote for Directors pay rise, few shareholders were nothappy with that, hence they asked them how many hours, days etc directors worked....Sue sheldon Chairperson could not answer that. Neither did the FC could answer what was div payout for last 5 yrs (when asked that shareholder return has not increased, why should the directors get a pay increase) This showed either incompetence or simply they did not want to say it, because they very well knew everything is performance based hence increase highly unwarranted.
