Infratil Bonds maturing 15 November 2011

Anyone holding these bonds and wishing to exchange them for bonds maturing in 2017 should be aware that the Exchange Offer application form is required to be received by the Registrar by 5pm on 14 November.

An email to this effect was sent last Monday and includes a link to the prospectus and appln form. Infratil don't seem to be too concerned whether or not bondholders exchange these bonds. Nothing in the (snail) mail so far!

A call to their Registry reveals that you can email the Registry with necessary details if you simply want to roll over, so as not to miss the 14th, and follow that with the hard copy when it eventually arrives per snail.
