Here's a small to mid sized Aussie company with an impressive collection of JORC certified Resources in their Curnamona tenement block in South Australia.
Major assets include:
Portia - 720,000t 2.9g/t inferred resource. Completed Feasibility Study, MARP in progress. Company expects mining to commence 2012.
Kalkaroo - copper/gold, FS in progress.
Mulooroo and North Portia - copper/gold; Maldorky - iron ore.
The interesting bit is that the company has invited proposals to develop one or more of these projects, either by JV or sale with predictable beneficial effect on the SP. My wild guess is that OZL, still with cash to spend on a copper project, just might be interested although they're probably looking for bigger fish.
I've recently taken a small position but as always DYOR.
