It is coming together nicely . The full story will be out there over the next couple of weeks. I am a big player here . This is one cent oiler , playing high stakes on what is at Tomsk lease 71 , in Russia . Operations will start in weeks , supplies already on site . Now , my guess is W-4 will start operations end June 2013 .
