The winner of the competition will be announced in December 2013 and will receive flights, accommodation and a guest pass to the 2014 Berkshire Hathaway AGM in Omaha, Nebraska where Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger discuss their annual results and answer shareholders' questions.

one stock pick must be a stock held by Pie Funds as detailed in Pie Funds’ November 2012 Newsletter (http://www.piefunds.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Pie-Funds-Newsletter-November-2012.pdf) (a link to which is available on our website under the heading "how is the competition run?"; and
Resource stocks and biotech stocks (as defined in the Terms and Conditions located on the stock picking competition page of our website) are not permitted.
