Christchurch Meeting - Thurs 16 May, Trevinos 7pm

I am visiting Christchurch on the weekend of 27th and am planning a STer meet for that date. Plan is to meet from 4pm onwards at Trevino's on cnr of Riccarton rd and Mona Vale Ave.
If keen, add your name to the list by post or PM and we will look out for you. :cool:

I aim to turn up just before 4pm and will ask the bar staff to direct new arrivals. Check back on this thread before the meeting in case of updates.

Robbo24 - ST meetings are pretty casual - buy your own drinks and nibbles and swap tall stories and bad jokes.

IF we get enough interested people, I will let Trevinos know and maybe pre-order some nibbles - will put time and place in the subject line and details in the top post in the next few days, so re-visit for details!

Just yarn and talk about whatever..stocks usually. Pretty low key but its a great bunch of guys honest.

Pity Tui can't come unless its a week later and it goes without saying that its not the same without Oiler around :(

Hi everyone I am away but would be interested next time as a newbie.
Thought I might give you a suggestion of a venue that won't be as noisy. The Twisted Hop that used to be in Poplar Lane is now open down Ferry Rd. Despite having good craft beer the bar is still very quiet.

Unfortunately, mine are all under 5 so it's a bit harder to abandon them. (I guess, I could leave them in the car if the meeting was at the casino or pack 'n' save).<Joke> ;-)

Yes thanks Percy ad Dellow ( Sharetrader No. 1. ) for arranging it. I learnt a lot particularly about not buying in a downtrend and always selling after the 200MA has been broken. KW reminded me of Phaedrus who of course was a legend. Good to see so many new faces. Thankfully I wasn't grilled too much on TTE's lack of performance but I still have faith.
