Is STW (ASX200 etf) subject to FIF?

I'm planning to put some money into STW for aussie exposure but I'm not sure if the ETF is subject to FIF given that it covers the ASX 200 index. The other option is to invest in smartshares aussie funds which has quite expensive management fees.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

STW subject to FIF?
I believe the answer is yes if it is not on the exempt list (http://www.ird.govt.nz/calculators/tool-name/tools-a/toii-fif-list-aust-share-exemption-2012.html?id=righttabs). The 2013 list must be due soon but I doubt it's status will change.
