Don't think this one's been discussed recently.

Interesting acquiring side and micro-payments play, just had a solid run-up to 10c and now an over-subscribed cap raising with institutional placement of $3m @ 10c. They've also recently signed BNZ up to white label their mobile payments (think Square) solution.

Whoa, a 5 bagger if you picked it up a month earlier... Looks like it might reach 15 cents today as well...
The depth chart is looking impressive

No idea really, I'm just following sentiment and spotted it had increased volume and a good path to commercialisation. This announcement somewhat forced my hand before I've been able to look at the financials in detail although I'll probably kick myself next week when the price settles. I need to keep telling myself not to buy the news!

The BNZ deal, whilst probably small in the scheme of things is a big vote of confidence for me. I used to work there and I know that the conversion rate for JVs/deals like this was very low. Whilst the major, well-known competitor Square is very cool (and from a recent visit to San Fran, very popular), they'll have trouble negotiating the various acquiring agreements and general bank rubbish in additional markets. Also Square's lack of EMV support is covered by MNW.

If anyone else has views, especially contrarian ones, I'm keen to hear! I may have well and truly missed the boat on this one but we'll see. At least the 10c cap raising will act as a reasonable base.

In my humble opinion, trade the trade, but don't fall in love with this little puppy.

You really need to look at what this company has done (or not done) since floating. Always the carrot of a big and exciting new venture, but nothing really in the way of follow through.

Good luck!

Ouch, talk about a bubble implosion. Revenues never really appeared and it looks like the last straw is going to be this restructure and questioning over the SP with a trading halt. Looks like it'll be right back where it started over a year on. At lesst the Directors cashed up their oppies nicely!

Some pretty fierce selling today into the SP rise. All I saw in the announcement was weasel words with no real follow through. Was hopeful the Teohs and others who cashed up would be ditched but nope! I tiger never changes its stripes. I expect the downtrend to resum unabbatted once the momentum boys leave.
