Interesting company, would like to know what some others think of this? People who are more into property based stocks who have 'been around the block' so to speak..
Without being listed there will be no liquidity. Great for the managers. Unknown for the investor.
I'd go for one of the big listed property funds personally.

McMahon as Chair of PPF as well as Executive Director (the boss?) of PPL seems to support that view CJ
Usually ends up in tears for the investors ....just a generalisation ......this time may be different
And liquidity always an issue for anybody who wants out

Thats what I thought as well, it seemed suspect that you ramp up how well a company does, then it turns out you are also the head of said company.
