Life Health Care looks solid. Growth around the 6% range with a forecast 6.9% dividend. Consistent growth over the past 2-3 years which they provide financial statements for.

I'm particularly interested in Veda, I dealt with their service on a daily basis running credit checks for new accounts when I worked at ASB and I was very impressed with what they offered and how easy it was to use.

Affinity Education looks very similar to G8 Education, if the performance of that stock is anything to go by, this could be a quick grower through acquisitions and I wouldn't be suprised if it opens at a premium price well above the share price that they are offering in the IPO.

However, I'm sticking to my rule of not investing in an IPO. I'd much rather buy something at a discount on the open market. I'll add a few of these companies to my watchlist, just like I've done with Steadfast, Oz Forex and Virtus Health over the past few months.

Bought some SBB today @7.2c , mkt cap re $35 million . Huge selldown off escrow happening . NPAT 2013 re $14 mill. Could be trap as its too good to be true. Im in for a PUNT.

Good luck joshuatree. I know the on london stock exchange, there are many failed chinese companies. They seem cheap when you buy them, but it all turns out bad.

I note sbb have paid a small dividend. This is positive, but why is it so small when they have so much cash?

SBB has been on my watchlist as well, they have a P/E ratio of 1 so looked very cheap... However, with the global market all under going a correction, did not want to take any more punts...
