CAS Iron Ore and Gold

been holding this little promiser for a while from re 25c.Cash flow from iron ore 43 mt @ 43% Fe and a gold reserve Borborema(all in brazil) of 1.61 million oz open in all directions. 4500 sq km of tenements.

Today they have announced the purchase of hi grade Juruena Gold project which complements Borborema. Over 40,000 metres of drilling results so a detailed data base etc etc hi grade hits, 44700 hectares with near surface mining since the 70's by "Gramponeros"
$650,000 plus a few shares with hurdles
CAS mkt cap today re $33million s/p up 2.5c to 28.5c

Hi airedale , you're right.; its not a high conviction stock for me esp in this climate but it is a very int stock; just under $7 million in iron ore sales last quarter which is giving it enough to carry on developing Borborema etc. . I intend to sell re @ 35c or above cheers jt

Nice close today @29.5c you're getting an awful lot of bang for your buck with a mkt cp of $35.46 million. Worth researching imo.

saw these guys present at the Noosa conference last year. Very impressed. Bought accordingly and believe there is a lot more in the tank. The move by a subsidiary of the World Bank speaks volumes.

Thanks bermuda , forgot that " The potential IFC investment represents the completion of a significant due diligence process reviewing the tech environmental and social capacities of CAS operating in Brazil"etc Up to A$7 mill purchase of shares. Just need "the End game":) to kick in and Gold to rise accordingly to really boost the s/p but with the cash-flow from Iron ore flowing this does derisk the stock a lot.

Something is up. I don't often ring but tried twice last week to Paul but no answer. Now he has flown to Brazil. I think CAS is sitting on some hot property.
This involvement by the "World Bank" has been hugely under rated. A World Bank stamp must surely be a big bonus in Brazil . And when the Directors buy it is time to take notice.

Cheers bermuda; agree re IFC.. Another 366,000 bought by director Copulus yest. S/P jumps 10% today to 33c atp despite the Gold price drop..Playing in nicely.

Will hold this one. Too many good things going for it. i.e BIG Director purchases, IMF involvement, lowest cost iron ore producer in the world, and a massive gold project . ( not that I am into gold ). Not many shares on issue is a help too.

Good luck. Just spent a week in Bermuda. Why I don't live there I don't know. But New Zealand's South Island is truly beautiful.

Forgot i had a lowball buy in @ 18.5c a few days back.
First drill results from Jurena Gold project have come in and its early days but looking promising from the first 6 holes with better intercepts

0.5m @ 150g/t
2 m@ 12.11g/t
More results to come from the other 9 holes drilled of a22 hole programme
Further 50 holes to follow
