Yes, I agree. Besides, until the big expected announcement it's not clear whether this will be a back door listing or a major acquisition, presumably involving the introduction of a new major shareholder.

mac, if its a major acquisition, WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO USE FOR CASH bearing in mind the financial state of the company,
