These guys charge 2.95% + marketing + gst which is about 1% below the other main agents. Anyone heard how good these guys are?

I don't claim to know the first thing about this agency, but in general the agencies that I am aware of which have promoted lower commissions have never been able to attract, or retain, good sales people. They go where the money is better. A shining example was the Joneses, and also the lawyers mob that set up nationwide a few years ago. There have been others, plus plenty of local ones, but they don't seem to last.
