Most other real estate firms using a similar business model have failed in the past...

I have seen this recently as well.
From memory they are a division or connected to, one of the larger Real Estate firms??
Could be wrong, however they have been around awhie started in CHCH - not sure if they have been using this model for sometime though.

Director, Brent Rodney Smith...CHCH based but can't see any tie up to a larger firm.
Perhaps CHCh browers may be able to assist.

Sounds like they use the Jenman system of selling real estate that started here in Australia...
