is there something wrong with IC or my operation?

Just been reading the TA books in the past week,
haven't really touched it after I subscribed it 2 weeks ago.

Now I'm confused how does the IC updates the data.
unlike the major exchange, US,ASX etc, NZX it's not part of them (why???)

so have to load the symbols from yahoo.
But when I opened the software, it only shows the data until 16 august,(last friday)

when click on refresh from server, it just flashes and nothing happens,

don't know why..

It will definitely take me while to gets use to those software..
