SEA not even a penny stock .....but going to get close to 10 billion shares is some feat

Shareholders must be thinking of the appropriateness of : "GIVE ME A SIGN! HIT ME, BABY, ONE MORE TIME!" :D
Capital raisings (or rather life support) :
$14.9m in 2018
$13.9m in 2016
$12.5m in 2015
$6.6m in 2014
$2.9m in 2013
Remember that the capital raisings in 2016 were supposed to meet the company's capital requirements, working capital, fund growth and retire external bank debts!
Back to the shareholders who are sitting on 60% losses from the last 2 rights issue.
But maybe this may be more appropriate?

Eligible shareholders who subscribe for their full entitlement of new shares under the
offer may also apply for additional shares through an oversubscription
facility.......yeah right!
It appears that their ongoing refinancing saga has effected oil production.....their just ain't any hours left.
what's the point of participating in the capital raise at a premium price of 0.33c when you can buy the shares on market now for 0.3c!
Anyone have update on capital raising? Last I read, it had reached $460k
