You can see in reports dating back to the completion of the user program in 2017 that discussions were "progressing", "continuing" or similar such verb. In my view, a tipping point has recently been reached with the Kaiser Permanente commercial approval and LCD inclusion - however, I would be very deliberate in your definition and personal expectations of "quite rapidly", given the glacial pace at which, historically, commercial milestones have progressed. This is no slight against the company, but is more reflective of the nature of the industry.
