I came across this clip which makes a bit of sense to me. The US and the big boys require to keep Interest rates within reason. Might not pivot from here but we could be close. At some point they are likely to let inflation run its course. Rich get richer and the poor get poorer........

Is anybody all in cash waiting for the market to keep going down?
I assume most if not all have some exposure whether it be just 25 per cent of their financial assets.
I'm 82 per cent shares, the rest bonds and cash lol. Metaphorically speaking, I'm pretty much walking down the street wearing leather chaps and no underwear. I'm letting it all hang out. Feels good just now, freeing.
Yes,check gas,and coal prices too. Oil got bought down from its peak of re $120 by the lockdowns in China.Fact, there is a global shortage of energy that can't be fixed for years, let alone all the massive extra energy required to make green energy solutions.Barring a severe recession, the inelascity of energy will keep prices high imo.

This has got be One of the big bear days of this bear market .
heartland getting hammered along with much more company sp getting Inflation under control is a bitch .
Where will it all end!!!:scared:
We cannot control where the market goes but we can sure as heck control our reaction and emotion to how the market is doing.
Make sure the stocks one is in are good quality and will recover strongly once normalcy is restored - because it will be.
Meanwhile, definitely handy to have cash ready to BUY BUY BUY when there's blood on the street - not enough has been spilled yet.
Been plenty of time to accumulate a cash hoard, but now is not the time to unleash it, yet. Patience is the hardest lesson of investing, imo. The easiest lesson debunked is that timing the market is impossible, when it is not. No need to be perfect, anywhere thereabouts will be just fine. The time will come soon enough.
