Apologies if my terminology is offensive or upsetting, just taking my cue from our great leader Chris Luxon so I assumed it would be OK.

To quote
“We don’t just do bottom feeding and just focus on the bottom,” he said. Instead, “we focus on people who want to be positive and ambitious, aspirational and confident”.
Using Chris Luxon's definition of "bottom feeder" it means "beneficiary" so currently it could include anyone over 65 years of age.
I actually do not disagree with what he says as supporting hard working, entrepreneurial people will help NZ grow more than paying out welfare to beneficiaries, but his terminology gives us an insight to how he thinks of people not in his position.
I was just trying to be aspirational as the opposite of aspirational is directionless, apathetic, lazy. This is why you will hear dic*heads like Chris Luxon or Mike Hosking use this term a lot as it means if you are not successful like them, it is because you are lazy and/or stupid.
