Well wish I brought into LRS back when I was looking into them up 18% today to 26c the investor presentation they annouced shows the huge potential they have in Peru

Starting to move northwards again 6.5c some very nice assets held....already have interest through CFE holding 11% of the shares

I reckon this footprint will be larger in size than ADN as the tenement is larger in size and drilling intercepted bright white Kaolin across the 18km2 area!

ADN will be a safer bet because of their work with the concrete strenghtening applications - I can see concrete 3D printing of buildings scaling up as the automation gets better and the concrete getting stronger because of halloysite kaolin.

We are the largest Li spodumene landholder in Argentina. We have two main projects, Catamarca and San luis. The Jv is only on the Catamarca project. Integra's initial estimate is a 20+ year mine life producing 200,000 tpy at 6% Li2O. Cost of poduction is 30-40% less than peers in Western Australia spodumene producers. Although we don't have a Jorc yet but based on this info I have worked out the NPV at app $1billion. I'm hopefull however that we will be doing Li hydroxide or Carbonate for maximum profit. I have based the calculations on a 10% discount, 25 year mine life, 250,000 tpa.

The info is based on a combination of our Anns and a report done by Integra whilst they were doing their DD.

Sure. Adn opex in the pfs was around 350$ per ton so that should be repeatable. Selling price from 700$ to 1200$ per ton.
@ 700$ Adn got margins around 350$ and an Irr of 175%. So at 1200$ that should be crazy!

Adn plans to supply also the concrete industry and stated that the processing costs would be lower than the 350$ for the ceramics but the selling price could be 4-5times higher ~3000$ per ton. With halloysite kaolin you can supply extremely different industries so you could ending with well over 20 products or much more. In the nano sector one ton sells for several millions $.

Don't want to cross promote here, just give examples. Adn is way more progressed so is paving the way for Lrs and others. Demand is so high and supply is so limited, there will be no struggle for both companies. Some might think Adn holders are worried because of Lrs sucess but I don't think that's the case. Both will be extremely successful if they bring the projects into production. Lrs will need a experienced professional in the space once the drilling is done that will take the helm. Mngmt now has too much other projects to manage them all effective.







......I'm 90% confident my LRS investment will make me a Million within the next 24months...

Easy to be bold when you get the early results of Halloysite Kaolin that won't take much to get into production as on the surface aka just use a loader and fill the containers off to China $$$ only 300Kms to port ... I think so ... LRS has run really well over the last year up like 1600% at one point so certainly coming from a low base ... and as we are seeing of late many taking profits and pip traders leaving for hotter shares at present ... LRS will fire up again when we get a JORC on the Kaolin/Halloysite which looks very likely to be a commercial project of size ... Kaolin is a 5.4billion+ pa valued market at present with predictions of it going past $8billion 2024+

My opinion is BUY n Hold too many company making projects not to succeed esp as Kaolin project looks commercial along with mineral sands they hold

Hi Aotea, I like the halloysite/kaolin exposure as the former is needed in EV battery membranes separating the anode from the cathode, about 2kg per typical EV from what I understand. For this purpose it's refined into HPA (high purity alumina). Looking at ADN, seems to me we could well be in the same league and that is without even considering our lithium exposure. All-up, buying the relatively long-dated OC's seemed the natural thing to do with seemingly a manageable degree of risk.

$96M LATIN RESOURCES (ASX: LRS) BETTER THAN $475M ANDROMEDA?
Our $96M capped Halloysite hero Latin Resources (ASX: LRS) just announced a 207mt maiden JORC resource which on our initial read looks to be better than $475M capped Andromeda’s 210mt resource.

Today’s LRS JORC resource news has significantly exceeded our expectations, also considering LRS has drilled only the first of 5 of its projects - its land holding is 7 times the size of Andromeda.

We didn’t expect LRS would announce a maiden JORC inferred kaolin-halloysite resource that is practically the same size as its wildly successful bigger brother Andromeda - we also note that LRS’s JORC resource estimate was done independently.

Andromeda was one of the best performing stocks on the ASX last year and is a great example of how a micro cap explorer can unlock serious value in a halloysite project - its share price hitting 10x at its peak.

LRS is currently capped at $97M and is now sitting on what could become the single-largest undeveloped Kaolin-Halloysite deposit in Australia.

LRS’s halloysite project is one of Australia’s few known occurrences of ultra-high-grade halloysite – a naturally occurring nanotube.

A global Inferred Mineral Resource of 207 million tonnes of kaolinised granite has been estimated at Noombenberry, comprising two separate domains:
123 million tonnes of bright white kaolin-bearing material; and
84 million tonnes of kaolin/halloysite-bearing material.

We invested in LRS in November 2020, and increased our position a few months later.

We invested as we liked the potential in LRS’ halloysite/kaolin project.

We sat on the sidelines as Andromeda Metals rose to a $475M market cap off the back of its impressive halloysite resource.

We took a position in LRS as we are hoping it can replicate similar success to Andromeda on its halloysite project in WA.

Today’s JORC announcement looks like LRS may be in a position to match Andromeda.

LRS keeps releasing promising visuals of drill cores, and attention is now starting to turn to the potential lithium grades from assay results, which are due in a few weeks.

The timing couldn’t be better for LRS with lithium prices at all time highs due to a combination of tight supply, growing demand and under investment during the July 2018 - July 2020 “lithium winter.”

It’s a powerful market narrative. And after the three additional holes announced yesterday, LRS has managed to hit what looks like spodumene bearing pegmatites in all six holes drilled so far.

For the uninitiated, spodumene is a lithium bearing mineral and a pegmatite is the host rock.

The market seems to like the latest LRS news, with the company confirming that the visually identified spodumene bearing pegmatite structure extends over a ~500m strike zone in the southern part of the prospective area.

I personally think LRS hasn't reached that point till later April ... thinking about exercising my OPTS and later April when LRS SP is well into the teens if not 20c+ take the profit and re-buy opts if they continue to be undervalued more than .2 - .4c ..... the opts seem to trade like the market think they have a 1.5c ex. price and not the 1.2c they have >>

Hard to know till more results .... but its got real 1000%+ upside potential .. with many great projects on the books their Brazil lithium PROJECTS alone could be worth 1Billion+ when you look just down the road at Sigma lithium (One of the best NEW Lithium companies at present)...

LITHIUM Argentina PROJECTS, landholding totalling over 70,000 hectares.

The Catamarca Project contains numerous swarms of spodumene pegmatites that have not been fully explored.

Two areas, Vilisman and Ancasti, each with past lithium mining activity, together host in excess of twenty Lithium bearing pegmatite deposits documented by various authors in publications made over the last 50 years.

Combined estimates of spodumene content within 15m of surface of 12 of these deposits are in excess of 120,000 t

EARLY EXERCISE OF OPTIONS - $1.2 MILLION INJECTED INTEGRA FOUNDER DOUBLES SHAREHOLDING

Latin Resources Limited (ASX: LRS) (“Latin” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that Integra Capital Founder and the Company’s largest shareholder, Mr Jose Luis Manzano has exercised 100,200,000 LRSOC options to acquire 100,200,000 fully paid ordinary shares for a consideration of $1,202,400.

The options have been exercised several months ahead of their maturity in December 2022, demonstrating the strong support from Mr Manzano for our very significant recent discovery of lithium spodumene at the Salinas Lithium Project in the Minas Gerais mining province of Brazil.

The Company notes the funds from the exercise of these options will not be used to pay down the Lind facility per the Option Funding Agreement announced to the market on 28 February 2022, but will be applied to expanding our work program at the Salinas Lithium Project.

Mr Manzano now has a 13.4% interest in Latin shares and remains our largest and supportive shareholder. The option exercises above bring the total LRSOC options exercised over a 12-month period from 22 March 2021 to 25 March 2022 to a total of 223,000,876 bringing in funds of $2.676 million to the Company.

The Company has a long term and positive relationship with Integra Capital, our joint venture partners at our Catamarca Lithium Project in Argentina.

We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with Integra and its President, Mr Jose Luis Manzano.

Now kissing the 13c mark, which makes two (small) bags for me on this one so far.

The usual ‘should have bought more’, but still finding my way around acceptable weightings, risk/reward etc, so ultimately I’m comfortable with how much I had picked up. ~3% of portfolio is now ~9%.

What a day for LRS, up 50% in a day! Well done holders.
I bought into LRS on my daughters birthday March last year at 6c, watched my $ holding slowly drop right down in half to 3c and thought if it gets back to my buy price i'm selling. Well i didnt sell (luckily) very happy now.

While most lithium stocks struggled today.. LRS had a strong day, with massive buy orders.. quickly smashed 20c and now at 21c.

Yes I think going of visuals we will see great results from hole 3-4 ....

And now we have secured neighbouring permit that looks likely to hold extensions of High grade Lithium .... LRS does have potential to hold one of the highest if not the highest grade Lithium discovery ever>> IMHO thats pretty insane if we can prove up large 2-3% Li grades ..

I wouldn't be surprised to see 80c SP(Billion Cap) later this year if the drill bit brings in the right results..

The term sheet sent to potential investors said Latin Resources had already secured a cornerstone investor. Canadian fund manager Waratah Capital Advisors would take up $15 million of the placement, via its subsidiary Electrification and Decarbonization AIE LP.

Latin Resources has lithium prospects in Brazil, kaolin-halloysite in Western Australia and a copper project in Peru.

The offer was priced at 16¢ a share, a 13.5 per cent discount to the last traded price and 16.8 per cent discount to the five-day volume weighted average price. It included one-for-two free attaching option with a 22¢ strike price and five-year expiry.

Euroz Hartleys and PAC Partners were the joint lead managers. Jett Capital Advisors was the co-manager and lead arranger in North America.

Bids were due 3pm Tuesday.

The company had a $305 million market capitalisation before the raise. Its shares have nearly double this month after it posted drilling results for its Salinas lithium project in Brazil.

Not many I remember watching CHN having a pullback after going up from teens to well over a $1 SP.... you see it so very often with a spec Resources company Booms upwards ... depending on how good of discovery they make and ongoing results ..will be key to the next stage ...will LRS trend sideways to down ... or after such a large raise will the exploration kick up to the next levels to uncover a resource to drive LRS into the Billion+ Lithium club>>

I should have dumped least half my opts 18c+ instead of farting around converting them which took 2 weeks till I go the heads which by that time were down into the high teens ... hindsight ....I did after much waiting for a turn around dump a third of my holding 10c so least got a free carry

Hoping 2H22 will see LRS gain back some of the lost ground and even pass old highs ... all about results and the market warming back up to Lithium and the whole resources space ... as Macro wise Lithium hasn't dropped in price ..demand outlook still outstrips supply for many years to come ..all just FEAR driven + TAX losses being claimed ..I expect a turnaround late JUNE ..but could well fall further in the short term

Market just hammering everything. Out of the 10 or 12 stocks I follow NWE only one holding some sort of flame to the howling winds but I’m down below break even on that one still too.

IXR, MAY, VR8, LRS … doesn’t matter what your pulling out the ground right now or how impressive the find, the sentiment is in the toilet for prospect stocks.
Luckily the right picks will bounce back one day, just requires holding tight I think.

Good buying coming up if things continue to sag .. just picking the bottom & turn point will be the issue

Have good past buffers, but current holdings are in a net unrealised red even with Woodside in the mix

those TAX loss sellers are running for the door but might well be kicking themselves JUL onwards ...the macro factors aren't changing for Lithium every year going forward we have increasing demands ...even if all projects under development reach production on time their still will be a shortfall ...
