Looks like a new issue coming - 5 years (2026) at about 2% - their last issue was back in April at about 1.5% if I recall.
Assuming the AA- rating stays (and why would it not?), this could be a way to keep the bond portfolio at an average A (or better) rating.
And there's always the possibility of a quick stag. . .
