Does anyone hold opinions (either way) about the Augusta Industrial Fund?
I have a small holding and have noticed a high proportion of sellers on the secondary market of late. No-one ever mentions why they are up for sale obviously, but given the sentiments around a potential downturn in the markets, and their reduced dividend recently, perhaps it isn't such a great investment any more?
Thoughts?
