Changing Broker (and which one)

Hi all,

I want to move away from ASB Securities for my NZX Trades (but not ASX) because I'd like to get in on the placement/float action that has been quite profitable of late.

Firstly, do I actually need to close my ASB Securities NZX Account to have a relationship with another broker (e.g. Craigs, Forsyth).

Secondly, can someone recommend a broker (and person at brokerage) who has always given you a call when there is capital to be raised?

Are there any restrictions on getting in on the placements?
