Anyone using myRent?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone here is using myRent for advertising, tenant checks etc?

I manage my property myself but thus far I have left the usual end-of -year advertising, tenant selection including background and credit checks etc to a property manager who charge me a fortune for the privilege without necessarily giving good value (have ended up with all sorts of tenants to say the least!)

myRent looks an attractive proposition (for that side of the process anyway), just wondering if there is any feedback from members here?
