Market Manipulation ?

I notice that most days share prices will either rise or fall right on closing time. Today, as early as 4.45pm the sell quotes were less than the buy quotes on some shares. Also today the final price movment was well after 5pm. No doubt other members have noticed this anomilly and more abler people than I, may be able to raise this question with the NZX.

There are rules that govern opening and closing transactions,quotes,bids, and prices.
Have a look at NZX site they should be there. If not look at ASX site, you should find there information about how the market works at these times.
