This is one strange company.. website looks like it was made by a budget designer. Promising hopes of billion sales in China and other low income countries..
Sort of reminds me of PEB and their cxbladder. A company with an actual medical product which has some clinical relevance but huge failure to commercialize.

Just one thing to watch out for.... Revenue generated from India is subject to 20% WHT, unless they generate an NZ profit within the FY to offset it against they they'll end up with 20% lost to the India Tax Department.
Lived that dream....

I guess it's lucky that they're not generating revenue then!

It would be a dream if they actually commercialized all this success with the trials in India and China. But it seems like trials keep getting done with nothing happening.
That said their revenue has grown yoy?

Yes, it's impressive growth but only as a percentage as it's coming off a tiny base.

Is that WHT on revenue generated? So if they have no revenue in India then no tax?

I must be lacking knowledge here. It’s just tax so if they sell $100, they keep 80 and pay $20 to the govt. so they still come home with $80?

Yes, its more like a 20% discount on revenue as without a taxable profit in NZ you cant offset it.
