Winner, sometimes I can't tell whether you're being sarcastic or not haha I do appreciate the humour, however do you know a bit about this J&J exec?
What I haven't seen before is an auditor resign? Is that a normal thing?
Cheers

She has great credentials and coming from j&j means she’s been well taught and being a woman means she has empathy with the product.
Auditors resign for several reasons from being too busy to wanting to quit dodgy companies. With Truscreen May though they too small and can’t get good fees etc etc so leave it for a smaller outfit....speculation

I agree with winner, it was noticeable at the AGM that there wasn’t a single female at the table, you'd think a market they’re playing into would treat this as a necessity. Another small and positive announcement.

A2Med Multidisciplinary Medical Center brings together women's health experts
Ksenia OGAREVA
The A2Med Center employs doctors - leading experts in their fields,
On Saturday, February 15, a unique action was held in Perm as part of the All-Russian Oncopatrol project. Perm women were offered a free examination with the TruScreen device for the early detection of cervical pathology.
Doctors who came from Moscow specifically advised the patients: Professor Svetlana Rogovskaya, President of the Russian Association for Genital Infections and Neoplasia, Project Manager of the Women's Council / Oncopatrol and Vice President of the Association Antonina Ledina, Associate Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
The action was held at A2Med Medical Center (Komsomolsky Prospekt 15v).
They say that every woman should have her own hairdresser, dentist and gynecologist - that is, those specialists whom she trusts and who does not doubt the quality of services. Here are just one gynecologist can no longer do. Specialists of various profiles are involved in women's health issues. And it is better to have an “own” medical center uniting experienced doctors who can be trusted with their own health.
Gynecologists, mammologists, endocrinologists, neurologists, therapists, hematologists, gastroenterologists work in the A2Med center. Moreover, all these doctors are leading experts in their field, many have the highest category and decades of medical experience. And in A2Med, patients can receive comprehensive medical care in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases.

Any thoughts on the resignation of Dr. Ron Jones?
Truscreen Limited (“the Company”) announces that prominent New Zealand gynaecologist, Dr. Ron Jones has retired from the board of the Company as at 31 March 2020. Dr. Jones has also stepped down from the Company’s Medical Advisory Board (“MAC”). The board of the Company will be reduced to four directors. The MAC will also be reduced to a committee of two members.
Dr. Jones joined the board as a non-executive director on 19 October 2017 and provided counsel to the Company on the development of and successful commercialisation of the Company’s Truscreen T2 cervical cancer screening device. He also provided an important link between the board and the MAC in relation to the MAC’s development of clinical trial protocols and analysis of clinical trial results.
Dr. Jones was an early key contributor of cervical cancer screening trial results from Auckland Hospital that significantly added to the benchmark datasets on which the Truscreen technology was developed.
On behalf of the board, the Truscreen team and fellow members of the MAC, we thank Dr. Jones for his contributions to Truscreen and extend our best wishes for all his future endeavours in his retirement.

Upon further investigation maybe Ron Jones resigned because TRU are no longer paying their directors in cash...
From April 1, the board was reduced to 4 directors and the Medical Advisory Committee to 2 members. To preserve cash directors have also elected to receive their directors’ fees, from April 1, in shares in the Company.
