Yea, but unusually there was minimal volume over on the ASX, just 4 trades around mid-day (oz time) for a total of $22k. The spread is yet to close so IMO we don't yet have confirmation this is a representative market price (but A$1.40 is 17.5c pre-conversion, so its the upper end of recent trading)

According to this report- ECE sector is booming in NZ... as evolve is the only listed ECE provider... it’s hopefully interesting times for the company and to the shareholders

Yes, good news for shareholders and hardly a surprise with the cost of housing/living these days. (Terrible for society but what can ya do.)

Getting very interesting (positive) feedback at a ground floor level about the state of the industry.

That's good to hear. Waiting for an announcement to drop feels like watching a pot boil.

Plenty of industry consolidation going on. Plenty of opportunities.

EVO will be looking for a king hit acquisition and this could involve a further capital raise.

Today’s unemployment data in hindsight reveals more people at work meaning more kids at kindergartens.

NZ operations should be doing well. Hoping to see what the Australian acquisitions are looking ... won’t be long. Hold tight!
