There was also higher than usual volume over on the ASX over the last day so someone is interested in buying and prepared to push the price up to get script. About 12.5m shares traded yesterday and 3.77m today. There was also 1.25m on the NZX today.

So they got an NZX based speeding ticket, and continued to trade about NZ12c in the morning. The ASX liked the announcement and opened at A12.5c and then improved to A13.0c (+18%). NZ up strongly at mid-day to NZ13c (+12%), but still not quite enough to adjust for the exchange rate.

Currently at 13c even on both NZX and ASX...

eps before interest, tax depn and amortisation is around 1.4 cps
With falling Interest and little tax to pay and most of the write offs behind us and more profitable acquisitions I would see the after tax eps reaching 2.0 cents next year. A PE of 20 would see a share price around 0.40.

Update: "EVO has now recommenced acquisition activities and is currently considering potential acquisitions with a value of approximately $20m which will be funded entirely from existing cash reserves consisting of funds on hand from the $83m raised in CY19 plus additional cash generated by the profitable ongoing operations of EVO.

EVO expects to provide further information about centre acquisitions in the near future."
