Its really good to see the SP benefiting from industry action.

EVO can produce far better numbers if they can get back to historical 80% occupancy rates and continue adding Aussie centers with the cash they raised.

The management are heavily invested. Likely to see this over $1.20 soon

Mayfield Childcare is raising $8 million to fund a $39.2 million acquisition of 14 centres from Genius Education Holdings.

Will Evolve continue with its acquisition strategy or deal itself into a merger or sale to a player like Busy Bees? interesting times ahead!
I think the answer to this lies with Chris Scott given his large holding. In my opinion the share price is too low right now to raise further capital for more acquisitions. I also doubt Chris Scott would entertain the idea of approaches for anything under $1.50. The ideal window for acquisitions (covid depressed prices) is closing though, so as you say interesting times ahead.

Also, he better think about all that Instos that participated in A$21.7m capital raise in April of this year at A$1.10 a piece. They would like a decent return too for supporting EVO.

Good to see some selling down yesterday, then quickly bought up. Then some price massaging at close . Establishes support level.

ASX premarket depth absolutely loaded this morning.

Did you notice the small trade at the close which sent the sp down 1.5c to 83.5c? Window dressing to get the sp down at the close is back.

Good to see that the 'game-playing' yesterday at market close did not work and in fact, probably encouraged buying this morning.

Something is up with this stock when we have two big sized crossings of >1m shares with the buyer(s) paying up to get stock.

They were accused at the AGM of being a bit 'leaky'... price always seemed to move before their announcements. Maybe there's something to it...
