Safe hands is a euphemistic term when it comes to this company lol

    Monday apparently

The instos had to decide by today if they were going to play the game and there’s a book build for any insto shortfall.

    Different timetable for retail investors

It goes to prove what shareholders and staff think about an operation doesn't necessarily mean the customers will think about it that way too.

The key word is "brands." It excludes the charity and independent operators. Evolve are only the best of the commercial bunch according to the survey.

Yes the ongoing steady decline in average centre occupancy tells the real story...which reads like a one way trip to nowhere.

The industry is over supplied, more and more centres are being opened but the existing ones aren't at maximum occupancy.

So the good news is that the decline in the roll probably isn't a sign of issues specifically at Evolve, rather it's the entire industry showing a cyclical nature.

While the industry is facing an oversupply... this is not in all areas. Some centres remain at maximum occupancy... and even have a waitlist. Evolve centres have falling occupancy because they offer an inferior 'product.'
