Good news for NZ Inc with forecast dairy payouts up another 50c.
That’s good for NZs large farm owners, like HGH lol
Instant success is a curse and a gift. The curse is you think luck is skill. The gift is you know it can be done. Then it’s a race to turn luck into skill before you lose it all.

    Absolutely.

Luxon, Peters and the Government will work extremely hard on the already good relationship with America.

Too many young guns have been running their spreadsheets down at the likes of Forbar and just slicing forecasts all over the place without any evidence to back it up.

That's the Kiwi way, run scared.

The small caps and growth US ETFs ie USS and USG are all very positive on the MACD. Make hay while the sun shines before it sets I guess!

My guess is that the fund managers will be starving NZ of capital and sending even more offshore.

    It's a double edged sword.

But yes, it's all about individuals making money. And that's the game.

Keep in mind USS and USG are currency exposed, which means it's a double win esp if tariffs come on.

Pretty much certain it's a when not an if I'd say.

absolutely, it’s career risk not investing in the US. Positioning and chasing the US market will see what you are talking about

80 000 kiwis left nz last 12 months

    I agree with this commentator-

Every 6 minutes, another NZ citizen votes with their feet.
Apparently our love of chucking people on the dole, abject failure to plan strategically, and stupid 8-wire approach to hard and soft infrastructure, is making NZ a less attractive place for kiwis to live. Fancy that!

That's one way of looking at it.

Another way is that the smart parents out there have educated their kids and now they are off to experience the world.

I can guarantee you that the majority of posters on here would say that their big OE was one of the best times of their lives.

You can accumulate wealth living overseas then come back to NZ and buy a farm like I did. Then bring up your kids and hopefully repeat the cycle.

Yes, my loyalty to NZ has cost me big $$$. But I'm listening to you guys and investing more in offshore markets.

    Go NZ inc
