Brainchip have actual products for sale now on their website. That was one of the factors for the jump in price. It has been a long wait, and it could be about another year before we see serious hockey stick growth in revenue.

The quarterly report is just out and highlights are
• Cash Balance as at 30 September 2021 US$23.9M
• First batch of Akida1000 production chips delivered by Socionext
• Testing and evaluation of chips underway prior to delivery to customers

VP Global Sales & Marketing Rob Telson said, “We are very excited to engage with current and future potential customers. The feedback we’ve received has been entirely positive and the demand for information about our product is insatiable.”

CFO Ken Scarince commented, “We now have sufficient cash to finance our operational requirements for the next 12 months with access to more if needed.”

The trading halt was because the ASX wanted additional information on MegaChips agreement announced on 22 November.
Brainchip anticipates that it will recognize aggregate revenue of approximately US$2 million under the agreement over the current financial year and the financial year ending 31 December 2022 and expects to recognize additional revenue from the license fee and additional revenue opportunities noted above in subsequent financial years.
