This article in the Australian is subscriber only, but it confirms the change in policy on the ASX regarding announcements following the GetSwift court case. So if Brainchip doesn’t have announcements it does not mean there is no news or progress.

“The ASX has blocked the release of many announcements, directing speculative plays to instead put details on their websites or in quarterly progress reports rather than in discrete market announcements – which must include concrete terms of any deals if they are to be approved for release."

When will Fortescue match its green hype with hard numbers?

A press release today from Brainchip. Their quarterly report is due out this week, so maybe there is no concrete news for the 4C report, but there is a lot going on behind the scenes.

Brainchip's Explosive Growth: EXPLAINED – ASX Investor. Jan 23, 2022

The chasm is a transition in any product’s lifestyle that must be crossed. It is that transition from early speculative exciting innovative idea to validate real technology that is here to stay with a product market fit. Brainchip’s Akida technology has crossed the chasm. It has gone to a real use technology that customers want to get their hands on and most importantly are willing to put their brand to and pay to use and eventually implement into their products. So Brainchip has started to cross this chasm and that is why there is so much excitement. It is moving from a R&D phase to commercialization.

New video today by Proactive who covered BRN when it was mining company Aziana before the reverse takeover in 2015, and then ceased coverage. This video is from Proactive New York, so very encouraging to see them doing the first interview with our new CEO Sean Hehir.
