Yep it's still showing in my list - Just gone up to 9 days overdue ( again! ) now!

Interesting .. found my arrears loan it's so similar to yours ... But not same.
LN000-012-586 B2. Opened also 5/5/16 and it's also 9 days overdue

Perhaps LN000-012 is the underlying loan, and 586 or 617 are your parts of it.

Yes K.on.O may have hit the nail on the head here. Maybe our loans get batched up and given slightly different Loan Numbers?

Yes.. Exactly - Has this confirmed by LC. We all get unique individual Loan note numbers. So I guess if the dates and % figures and days overdue match we will be all talking about the same loan!

Maybe they are waiting for more capital investment to fund upgrading the platform. IT upgrades can often become expensive.
Harmoney seems to have plenty of investment funds to throw around.
